I come from the bustling city of London and I always appreciate a good hotel that offers modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV and a smoke-free environment. the convenience of nearby restaurants like the Yard and Regano within walking distance is also a big plus for me. The hotel I stayed at exceeded all my expectations. Despite the initial mix-up with the room allocation, the room was clean and comfortable. the open door, TV on, and unmade bed did not bother me, as the management quickly rectified the situation and provided me with a suitable substitute. the friendly lady at the front desk assured me that the room had not been cleaned yet, but it was perfect for a night's stay. I had a pleasant experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay.
